Live View is optional
Live video is available only when you tap to open it. Beside Care never drops in, never watches in the background, and our team has no access to your Live View.
Summaries, Not Footage
We keep text summaries and activity notes, not your video. Short clips are analyzed by AI and then discarded, subject only to brief transient technical handling required to process them.
Summaries by default
We store text summaries and flagged event data, and we link you back to the specific moment if you want to review it.
You are in control
Choose what gets summarized, what gets flagged, and when you receive updates. Turn Live View access on or off anytime.
What we will never do
These commitments mirror what we say on our legal Privacy Policy. If anything ever changes, we will tell you first, in plain language.
